My holidays are officially over which means we should get back to business. First up? Those pesky New Year’s resolutions that we’re all obliged to keep. It isn’t exactly subtle: we’re told we should try to lose weight, become more organised, step it up at work, and so on. But it doesn’t have to be a chore. In fact, it can actually be fun, especially when the resolutions are of the sartorial nature. While the new year signifies a fresh start, the pressure to become “better” by resolving to change or improve upon something can be daunting. Whether or not you buy into the tradition of making promises and setting goals for yourself with the start of each new year, it’s always a good idea to assess where you are in life and where you want to be.
